Qualification: Graduation

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in 2-wheeler automobile sales.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager - Sales to lead and manage the sales operations of our Ather (EV) Vehicle showrooms in Ranchi and Jamshedpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while promoting electric mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall sales performance of the Ather EV showrooms in Ranchi and Jamshedpur.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop strategic sales plans.
• Handle dealer operations, including stock management, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure smooth execution of test rides, sales negotiations, and customer onboarding.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and lead generation activities.
• Liaise with Athers corporate team for business planning, target setting, and dealership growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in handling multiple outlets or locations will be an added advantage.
• Passion for electric mobility and sustainability is a plus.
