Job Title: CAD Support Engineer | Digital Transformation & CAD/PDM Systems

Location: Chennai

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled CAD Support Engineer to join a dynamic global team responsible for supporting CAD and PDM systems across multiple engineering processes. You'll play a key role in supporting Digital Transformation initiatives, including Digital Twin, MBD, and CAD integration with PLM.

In this role, you will provide technical support for both mechanical and electrical CAD systems, assist with system installations, troubleshoot issues, conduct training, and collaborate with engineers to design and implement efficient workflows and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Support CAD and PDM systems for both mechanical and electrical design processes.

Assist with system installations, administration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with engineers to design workflows and integrate CAD with PLM systems.

Contribute to the Digital Transformation roadmap, including implementing Digital Twin and MBD.

Conduct trainings and provide ongoing support for users across teams.

Required Skills

Strong experience with ECAD, ORCAD, AutoCAD.

Electrical design background (preferred but not mandatory).

3+ years of relevant experience with a Doctorate, 6+ years with a Master's, or 8+ years with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Proven support experience in CAD systems.
