Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager Business Relations

Department: Employee Transportation

Reporting to: AVP- Business Relations

Location: Mumbai / Chennai


Objective


This role is focused on driving new business acquisition and managing relationships with existing clients, with a dual emphasis on expanding our Employee Transportation and Rent a Car services.


Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to target corporate clients, showcasing the ROI of our service offerings.
  • Account Acquisition: Secure new business accounts through effective lead generation, client engagement, and service positioning.
  • Negotiations and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations to secure profitable, competitive contracts that align with company objectives.
  • Contract Management: Ensure contracts include relevant clauses to safeguard the company’s interests and client satisfaction.
  • Solution Design: Tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.

Relationship Management

  • Client Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new clients, setting the foundation for long-term partnerships.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to enhance revenue streams and increase profitability within existing accounts.
  • Profitability Tracking: Monitor client-specific profitability to ensure cost-effectiveness and competitive pricing.
  • Timely Collections: Ensure timely invoicing and collections to maintain positive cash flow.
  • Solution Implementation: Oversee the rollout of designed solutions, ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Client Retention: Foster a collaborative, win-win relationship with clients through consistent engagement and responsive service.

Profile Requirements

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree with 7-10 years of experience in Institutional Sales.
  • Skills:

• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • Domain Expertise: Experience in employee transportation or corporate mobility services.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with key decision-makers and industry contacts to facilitate business growth.
  • Networking Skills: Ability to build and leverage relationships with local operations teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of operational costs, revenue models, and client profitability dynamics.
