Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Installation Lead to manage the installation of lattice machines and tower assemblies on a Wind EPC project. This role requires hands-on expertise in wind energy installations and leadership skills to oversee teams, ensure safety, and maintain project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation Management: Lead the installation of lattice machines and towers, ensuring alignment with project schedules and quality standards.

Team Leadership: Supervise and train installation crews, ensuring safety and operational excellence.

Quality & Safety: Enforce high-quality installation practices and strict safety standards.

Problem-Solving: Address technical challenges on-site to keep the project on track.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams and project managers to resolve issues and communicate progress.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in wind turbine and lattice tower installation.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in safety protocols and quality assurance.

- Ability to read engineering drawings and troubleshoot on-site.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., safety, wind turbine installation) are a plus.
