Candidate should be comfortable working in shifts (late night or early morning). This will be a global role that involves working across customers across various countries. Must have handled international customers.

Responsibilities :
Outbound Tele calling:
1. The primary responsibility of this role is to sell our back-office outsourcing solutions to potential customers.
2. Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers.
3. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs.
4. Present and explain the benefits of PV\u2019s back-office outsourcing solutions.
Sales Pitch and Proposal:
1. Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of each prospect.
2. Propose customized back-office solutions that address specific customer pain points.
3. Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
Relationship Building:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
2. Act as a point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
3. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Overcoming Objections:
1. Handle objections and rejections professionally.
2. Develop strategies to turn around rejections and convert prospects into customers.
Sales Target Achievement:
1. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Track and report on sales performance metrics.
Collaboration:
1. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
2. Collaborate with other team members to share insights and best practices.
Key Qualifications
Experience:
1. Proven experience in Tele calling sales, preferably in selling B2B solutions.
2. Experience in selling outsourcing solutions or related services is a plus.
3. Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in similar roles.
4. Experience of working in US Voice process is critical.
Skills:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a MUST.
2. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
3. Ability to understand and explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
