Job Description
- Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Diploma Electrical Engineering etc.
- Skills:
- Proficient in electrical panel design, installation, and troubleshooting for injection molding machines and plant utility systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, motor controls, power distribution systems, and plant utility infrastructure.
- Experience with PLC programming, SCADA, and HMI systems, including troubleshooting and modifications to optimize machine performance.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in the plastic parts manufacturing industry, preferably with experience in plastic injection molding or similar industrial manufacturing processes.
- Experience with the maintenance of plant utilities (e.g., compressed air, cooling systems, HVAC, power distribution, etc.) and their integration with injection molding systems.
- Hands-on experience with electrical control panels, electrification systems, motor control systems, and utility infrastructure.
