Sr. Engineer - Electrical & Service

1) To Understand the Electrical Input of Machine i.e. of Work Order/ Electrical Requirement, I/O (Inward & Outward) List etc.

2) To float the enquiry of machine electrical requirement like Electrical Package, Electrical Panel etc. with the help of Design.

3) To take the quote of Electrical requirement & to involve the Finalization of quote & release it to Purchase for ordering.

4) To release the complete Electrical BOM (Bill of Material) with the help of design.

5) To approve Panel Layout, Electrical Diagram which is received from supplier.

6) To take the follow-up with supplier to receive all electrical item to get it on time.

7) To Involve in Machine Programming, Machine Wiring etc.

8) To give technical Compliance of any alternative items.

9) All Interdepartmental communication for smooth Electrical related Execution.

10) Testing/ checking of wiring & program as per ladder diagram.

11) To Do the FATP ( Factory Acceptance Test Protocal). To check & resolve all problems/ Fault occurred After Completion of Assembly & during FAT.

12) To make & Release the Electrical Name Plates.

13) On time make & release the Electrical Manual of every Project with the help of our Electrical Supplier / Design.

14) To Provide Electrical related help to design / Assembly/ Maintenance / Production during execution.

15) To Provide Electrical Related Help during Machine Dismantling/ Dispatch.

16) To Provide Electrical Related Support during Machine Commissioning.

17) To Provide Electrical Related After sales/ Maintenance Support to Customer on Phone/ Online and Manufacturing / Production. If required visit at site to resolve customer issue.

18) To attend weekly meeting to understand the status of the machine and make necessary improvement accordingly.

19) To Provide Training to service team to resolve small electrical related issues.

20) To suggest / develop any alternative Electrical Material Source which is reliable & economical.

21) Any other work / assignment will be given to you, as may be required from time to time by your superior.

22) Raise Indent for stock Electrical Items. , CONVERT THE DATA AND GIVE 5 KEY SKILLS ONLY
