Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor/supplier registration and maintain a comprehensive database
- Generate purchase orders (POs) on time based on purchase requests using our ERP system
- Organize and conduct periodic supplier meetings and evaluations to ensure alignment with internal and external requirements
- Create monthly performance reviews and reports, focusing on overall sourcing needs
- Monitor documented control and expedite processes related to purchase documents, adhering to ISO procedures
