Showcasing the performance of the rig and getting performance and commissioning certificates.
Attending the Service requests and Correcting service complaints, modifications, and retro fitments.
Providing feedback on product performance and improvements according to the application to internal teams.
Primary Roles (off-field)
Creating and promoting service kits for Rigs, Mud pumps, compressors, Trucks, etc
Creating scheduled maintenance charts and troubleshooting procedures.
Correction and updating Operation, maintenance manual, and spares catalog.
Attending the Customer Service calls and Responding to them on time.
Maintaining the Service Database and records.
Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
Finding new customers and achieving the set spares sales target of their sales area.
Secondary Roles
Capturing and finding the supplier for the stranger/new parts requirement received by the aftersales providing the technical details to the supplier and getting the quotation from the supplier within the target time.
Preparing and Providing Jigs and fixtures required for the service works.
Sharing the new product knowledge and competitor product knowledge to the aftersales and marketing team.
Skills Required
Eng. BE Mechanical Degree or Diploma
Service and Aftersales experience at least 2 years
Total Experience of at least 4+ years
Mining, Construction Equipment s experience (optional)
International Experience will be an added advantage (optional)
Communication, Team Handling, Target oriented etc
Exploration rigs and BH rig experience. (Optional)
Hands-on experience in Hydraulics is Mandatory
Knowledge on compressors is added advantage
Knowledge and hands-on experience in Engine is an added advantage
