Job Description

job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Back Office Executive with expertise in Amadeus ticketing (Re-issuance / refunds) to support our travel operations. The ideal candidate will manage ticketing, reservations, and administrative functions to ensure seamless travel services.

Minimum eligibility criteria:-

  1. Minimum 1 year experience in Back office
  2. Amadeus (Cryptic) Refunds / re-issue

Key Responsibilities

  1. Amadeus Ticketing
  • Issue, reissue, and Processing refund for the tickets using the Amadeus GDS system.
  • Handle fare calculations, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Resolve ticketing discrepancies and process amendments.
  1. Reservations Management
  • Manage flight bookings and maintain accurate records of passengers itineraries.
  •     Assist in seat assignments, meal preferences, and special requests.
  1. Administrative Support
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on ticketing.
  •     Coordinate with the front office and other departments for smooth operations.
  1. Customer Support
  •    Address passenger inquiries related to bookings, fares, and ticket changes.
  •    Provide timely updates on flight schedules, delays, or cancellations.
  1. Compliance
  •    Ensure adherence to airline and company policies, including ticketing rules and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in ticketing and back-office operations using the Amadeus GDS.
  • Education: Diploma or degree in travel and tourism, or a related field (preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Amadeus GDS and MS Office Suite.
  • Key Competencies:
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
