International Ticketing Executive (Amadeus)

Responsible for issuing , reissuing Air tickets for all customers. To confirm waitlisted seats by monitoring flights and liaising with the airlines. Monitor and manage GDS queues. Ensure quality check and queries to be resolved within TAT.°2-5 Years of experience in Issuing and reissuing Tickets on CRS Amadeus and Sabre. Excellent communication skills and good customer service skills, Willingness to work under UK shift timing.°
