Job Description

- We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Executive Assistant to the CEO with an MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute and 2-5 years of experience.


- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy, operations, and commercial functions, and will play a key role in supporting the CEO in driving organizational goals.


- This role requires exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision-making.

- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to drive business growth.

- Streamline and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key projects.

- Track and report on the progress of critical initiatives.

- Support the CEO in evaluating business opportunities, partnerships, and investments.

- Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

- Prepare presentations and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.

- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

- Lead or support special projects as assigned by the CEO.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating resources and tracking milestones.

- Prepare detailed project plans and status updates.

- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.

- Maintain a professional and discreet approach in all interactions.

- MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute.

- 2-5 years of experience in strategy, operations, or commercial roles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- High level of professionalism and integrity.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
