Database Administrator - NoSQL (5-12 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Manage, maintain, and optimize databases supporting analytics and AI workloads.

- Ensure database availability, security, and performance for both real-time and batch processing.

- Develop and implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.

- Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to support model development and deployment.

- Monitor database health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.

- Design and implement database schemas to support analytics use cases.

- Automate routine database tasks and optimize query performance.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience managing relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Skills :

- Proficiency in SQL and database tools.

- Knowledge of database design, indexing, and partitioning.

- Experience with backup, recovery, and high-availability strategies.

- Ability to optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues.

- Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
