Job Listing Detail Role Purpose - Delphi Tech Lead As a Delphi Tech Lead, you will be part of a team that builds and maintains our planning application. Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities The tech lead role requires you to build secure and scalable application architectures using the latest technologies, optimize existing applications to improve performance, scalability, and security, and design intuitive user interfaces utilizing best practices in usability engineering. Participate in project planning, software design, and DevOps build activities. Convert discussed stories into appropriate designs, code, and unit tests. Build and maintain DevOps processes that produce all stages of the system. Maintain the relevant documentation systems. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Delphi. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software applications. Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines and milestones are met. Analyse system requirements and develop software solutions that meet business needs. Essential 10-16 years of experience in software development, specifically with Delphi. Good database skills. Good in-depth understanding of OO and design patterns. Be analytical and have excellent problem-solving skills Open to learning modern technology/languages and taking advantage of our training budgets. Understand modern design patterns and practices. Working experience of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD). Desirable Microsoft DevOps (dev.azure.com) skills. Fashion industry experience. Manufacturing experience.
