About the Role:

We are looking for a JD Edwards Configuration Management Console (CMC) Specialist / CNC Administrator with expertise in managing, configuring, and optimizing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in JDE 9.2 technical administration, including system monitoring, security management, deployment automation, and performance optimization using the CMC tool.

Key Responsibilities

1. JD Edwards Configuration & Environment Management

• Configure, manage, and monitor JDE E1 instances across development, test, and production environments using CMC.
• Maintain system stability by tracking configurations, path codes, security settings, and CNC components.
• Ensure proper package builds, deployments, and environment refreshes.

2. Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Use CMC dashboards to analyze system health, database performance, and server logs.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks related to JDE Enterprise Servers, WebLogic, HTML Servers, and Oracle Databases.
• Manage JDE scheduler, kernel tuning, and memory optimization.

3. Deployment & Change Management

• Automate CNC tasks, package builds, and deployment activities via CMC.
• Implement and manage JDE change management policies, ensuring smooth upgrades and patches.
• Track security configurations and compliance settings for audits.

4. Security & Compliance Monitoring

• Manage role-based access control (RBAC), security workbench, and user profiles using CMC.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and IT security policies by tracking system configurations.
• Audit and document JDE user activity logs and security settings.

5. JDE Upgrades, Migrations & Cloud Administration

• Assist in JDE 9.2 upgrades, migrations, and cloud hosting (OCI/AWS/Azure).
• Support integrations with third-party tools for cloud-based monitoring and automation.
• Optimize disaster recovery plans and backup configurations for JDE environments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in JD Edwards CNC administration and system management.
• Strong expertise in JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2 and Configuration Management Console (CMC).
• Experience with JDE web servers (WebLogic), enterprise servers, and database administration (Oracle/MS SQL).
• Knowledge of package builds, deployment automation, and troubleshooting CNC-related issues.
• Understanding of JDE security, compliance monitoring, and role-based access.
• Familiarity with cloud-based JDE deployment (OCI, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JD Edwards Orchestrator and Business Services (BSSV).
• Knowledge of BI Publisher, ReportsNow, and third-party JDE reporting tools.
• Exposure to DevOps tools for ERP system automation.
• Understanding of ITIL best practices and ERP change management processes.
