About the Role:

Pransh Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that provide valuable insights to our business users. As an offshore resource, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams to develop Power BI dashboards and reports while ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Modeling: Design and implement robust data models using DAX and M language.
2. Report Development: Develop visually appealing and interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.
3. Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
4. Performance Optimization: Optimize report performance for fast and efficient data retrieval.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with business users to understand reporting needs and deliver effective BI solutions.
6. Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources, including databases, data warehouses, and cloud platforms.
7. Best Practices: Ensure adherence to best practices in data visualization, report design, and data modeling.
8. Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to business users on BI tools and reports.

Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Proficiency:

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development.
• Strong expertise in DAX, M language, and SQL.
• Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard development.
• Experience in data modeling and ETL processes.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PL/SQL, Oracle BI Publisher, OBIEE, Snowflake, and Matillion.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based BI platforms.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle Fusion and JDE is a plus.
