Qualification: BE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Site Engineer
Industry: Electrical Transmission Line and Substation Projects (up to 220 KV)

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution:
  
• Supervise and manage the construction and installation of electrical transmission lines and substations (up to 220 KV).
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Technical Coordination:
  
• Collaborate with design teams to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Address technical issues and provide on-site resolutions.
• Site Management:
  
• Monitor contractor activities, manpower deployment, and equipment utilization.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and codes.
• Material Management:
  
• Inspect materials delivered on-site for compliance with project specifications.
• Manage inventory and ensure the timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, and testing.
• Testing and Commissioning:
  
• Oversee testing and commissioning of transmission lines and substations.
• Ensure the smooth handover of completed projects to clients.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of electrical transmission systems and substations (up to 220 KV).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with relevant safety and quality standards.
• Good communication and team management skills.
