Job Role - Chief Accountant

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations, including financial reporting, general ledger management, and tax compliance .
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls .
Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team to optimize performance.
Monitor cash flow, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) to maintain financial stability.
Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
Implement and improve accounting policies, financial controls, and ERP systems .
Support senior management with financial planning, risk assessment, and cost analysis .
