Factory Operations Manager

Position Overview: The Factory Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations in a factory. This role involves managing a team, implementing operational strategies, ensuring quality control, and promoting safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee production planning, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of supervisors, technicians, and workers.

• Performance Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators to evaluate operational performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in operations management or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management within a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality control.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and relevant software.
