Key Responsibilities :

Manage Global Mobility Assignments : Oversee the end-to-end process of global mobility assignments, ensuring smooth transitions for employees relocating internationally.

Relocation Coordination : Handle logistics related to employee relocations, including housing, transportation, and settling-in services.

Immigration Management : Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations, facilitating visa applications and work permits for employees.

Tax Compliance : Advise on tax implications of international assignments, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws.

Collaboration with HR : Work closely with HR teams and process partners to align global mobility strategies with organizational goals.

Service Delivery Management : Coordinate with service suppliers to deliver high-quality support to employees during their relocation process.

Employee Support : Provide guidance and support to employees and their families throughout the relocation process, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Policy Development : Assist in the development and implementation of global mobility policies and procedures to enhance the employee experience.

Data Management : Maintain accurate records and data related to global mobility assignments, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
