Designation :- Front office Executive Role :- Front office Executive Department :- Administration Location :- New Panvel Reporting :- HR Manager Job Responsibilities: o Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. o Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. o Maintaining and updating inwards and outward courier entries in register and ensure all POD s are in place. Ensure all inwards to reach the concern employees and all outwards tracking PODS available at any given point of time. o Maintaining and updating of extensions, company contacts, address list etc. o Should have knowledge of drafting various corporate letters and should be able to take dictation from Directors about various letters and able to reproduce the same. o Should have knowledge of booking flight ticket and hotel for Directors and Guests for both Domestic and international travel. o Should be prompt enough to understand and implement various directives given by the management time to time o Any other related activities as and when required Skills required: Computer and printer handling Knowledge Word and excel proficient Communication expertise.
