Work Loaction: Madhapur, Hyd

Work Timings: 2-11 PM IST or 3 PM - 12 am IST

Job description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our IBM MaximoTeams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects Infrastructure and Application deployments. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within established budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities for Project Manager:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring the alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Execute project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion
• Oversee the administration of Applications deployed, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration processes.

• Ensure the security, availability, and performance of infrastructure components.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.

• Facilitate regular project status meetings and produce comprehensive project reports.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Proactively address challenges to prevent project delays and ensure successful outcomes.

• Manage project budgets, track expenditures and ensure financial goals are met.
• Allocate resources efficiently and optimize team performance. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in administration and infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of Sterling Integrator and EDI technologies is a plus
• Experience managing infrastructure teams and overseeing IT projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
