AI / ML Engineer

An AI/ML Engineer position focused on developing end-to-end AI solutions, specializing in both traditional ML/DL and cutting-edge generative AI technologies including LLMs, computer vision, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop and deploy ML/DL models for production environments
Build and optimize generative AI solutions including LLM-based applications
Develop intelligent automation workflows and AI agents
Develop computer vision and NLP solutions for business problems
Create scalable ML pipelines and APIs for model deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI solutions
Ensure code quality, documentation and best practices
Monitor and optimize model performance in production
Mentor junior team members in AI/ML practices

Required Skills:

2-3 years experience in ML/DL with proven track record
Strong proficiency in:
Python, OOP, and software design patterns
ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers, RAG, Vector DBs, Agentic Frameworks)
Workflow automation and AI agent orchestration (LangChain, AutoGen)
NLP and Computer Vision techniques
API frameworks (FastAPI/Flask)
SQL and ORM frameworks
Data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD)
Git and collaborative development
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
