Production Manager (Bakery)

Food Technologist with at least 15 years of experience in heading Manufacturing/ Production/ and technical aspects of Bread, Toast, Cookies, Biscuits, Bar cake, Cup Cake, Muffins, etc. Strong knowledge of bakery production processes, recipe standardization, and quality control measures. Creating and managing production schedules to ensure timely production of bakery products based on demand forecasts and inventory levels. Ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment for bakery staff, complying with health and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate Manpower. Optimize the allocation of labor, equipment, and raw materials to maximize production efficiency while controlling costs.
