Senior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately record and track inventory transactions in Tally, ensuring real-time data accuracy.
• Oversee job work entries, including material issuance, job orders, and receipts, ensuring all movements are documented and reconciled.
• Generate and manage delivery challans, ensuring compliance with shipping and delivery procedures.
• Generate e-way bills as per applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct thorough reconciliations of inventory accounts and job work accounts to ensure all transactions align with physical counts.
• Prepare and submit regular Management Information System (MIS) reports related to inventory, ensuring management receives up-to-date and precise information.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations and inventory management practices, especially in connection with various audits.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory reports and take corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum 2 years in accounting, with strong experience in inventory management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally, especially for inventory recording.
• GST Knowledge: Basic understanding of GST processes and requirements.
• Inventory Management: Practical experience with inventory recording and stock level monitoring.
• Reconciliation Expertise: Hands-on experience in reconciling accounts, particularly related to inventory and job work.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and consistency in maintaining records and preparing reports.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues in inventory management and accounts and implement effective solutions.
