Senior Executive/Manager - Store

Job Description :

1. Handling the Daily Activity of Store..

2. Knowledge of Equipment & Spare Part.

3. Handling of Equipment and Company Assests.

4. Team Monitoring.

5. Working on TCS Software (ERP ) and GRN Timely.

6. Good Communication ( Written & Verble ) Skill.

7. Basic Knowledge of Computer ( Excel & EMailing )

8. Maintain Daily Reports or records.

9. Maintain the Inventory of Packing Materials or Equipment & Material.

10. To maintain 5's in Store.

Roles & Responsibility :

Responsible for the overall company's operations related to the Store & reports in TCS module.

Monitor all inventory control processes and documents all procedures to maintain all equipment and tools.

Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions. and maintain records of all stockroom locations.

Release of Job Order/Plant Maintenance Request in TCS Module.

To maintain 5's in lab.

Online and offline checking.

Maintain the Stock of Store and update Timely.

Basic knowledge of computer Word, Excel Emailing Experience. Role & responsibilities
