1. Contractor Team Mobilization

2. Project Execution

3. Coordinate with Client and Contractor

4. Project Material Quantity Requirement

5. Project Material Reconciliation

6. Project Document Preparation and get approval from Client

7. Erection and Supply Bill Preparation

8. Work followup and work daily progress report maintenance
