Associate PX Technology Analyst 1 (Associate HRIS Analyst)

The PX Technology team is responsible for implementing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting the PX technology platforms. Your day-to-day job will consist of:

• Assist with and support PX-rela t ed system maintenance such as basic access assignment, routine report generation, and system notification review

• Provide first -level support for system processes by monitoring system errors and discrepancies, escalating as issues to senior team members as needed

• Assist in creating and maintaining detailed solution documents such as user guides, mapping documents, training materials and system documentation

• P articipate in reviewing and testing new releases, assisting development of supporting materials, and updating existing content (if applicable)

• Participate in PX system- related projects including implementations and change request enhancements b y partnering with respective stakeholders, participating in project meetings, supporting testing needs, and developing needing documentation

• Take part in other duties as assigned to support the team and maintain smooth system operations

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor s degree with minimum 1+ years of relevant and related work experience
• Knowledge of any HRIS tools, ATS and other HR tools

• Exposure working with global team

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to UKG, iCIMS, Litmos, LinkedIn and global support is preferred

• Basic project management skills are a plus
