Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining strong relationships. This role involves handling financial transactions, preparing reports, and working closely with the sales and finance teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
• Financial Transactions:
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and collection of payments from clients.
• Reconcile ledgers monthly and quarterly
• Month-end and year-end closing
• Reporting:
• Prepare financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation for audits and provide necessary documentation as required.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive, or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be able to work under pressure
• Should be able to work well on computer
