Job Description

Power BI Development and Expertise:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that meet business requirements and provide actionable insights.
Act as a subject matter expert for Power BI, providing guidance on best practices, data modeling, and visualization techniques.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data sources, and create solutions that align with business needs.
Perform performance tuning and optimization of Power BI reports and data models to ensure efficient and effective data retrieval.
Workflow Automation Development:
Design and implement automated workflows and processes using tools such as Power Automate, Microsoft Flow, or other automation platforms.
Develop and maintain automation solutions that streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual efforts.
Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and process execution.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows, providing ongoing support and maintenance to address issues and ensure reliability.
Strategic Guidance and Collaboration:
Provide strategic guidance on leveraging Power BI and automation tools to support business goals and decision-making processes.
Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions and process improvements.
Lead training sessions and workshops to educate users on Power BI and automation tools, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
Project Management and Execution:
Manage projects related to Power BI and workflow automation, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop and maintain documentation for Power BI solutions, automation processes, and best practices.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Power BI and workflow automation.
Continuously assess and improve existing solutions and processes to enhance performance and effectiveness.
Provide recommendations for enhancements and new features based on user feedback and evolving business needs
