Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Address customer inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and offer appropriate solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs within assigned territories.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Provide feedback to the management team for strategy improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
