HR Trainee

Role & responsibilities

Maintain and update employee records and assist with the accuracy of HR databases.

Help prepare orientation materials and coordinate onboarding schedules.

Assist with monitoring employee attendance and leave records.

Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building events.

Gather feedback from employees on their onboarding experience and general satisfaction.

Learn about company policies, HR regulations, and employment laws relevant to the HR function. Support the team in conducting audits for employee files and policies.

Support ad hoc HR projects and initiatives.

Shadow senior HR team members to gain a holistic understanding of HR operations.
