Job Description
- Responsible for carrying out RBL Bank Debit Card Portfolio Campaigns.
- Responsible for closely working with stakeholders - Marketing, compliance, legal, BIU, Operations for carrying out portfolio campaigns.
- Tracking the effectiveness of the campaigns carried out and making necessary changes in the campaign.
- Responsible for increasing the spends and activation on RBL Bank Debit Cards through portfolio campaigns.
- Tracking and Resolving customer complaints within timelines.
- Ensuring that customer complaints are kept under control.
