Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage marketing activities for AAC Blocks, ready mix concrete, construction materials, dry mortar, and building materials.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
• Ensure effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Generate new Leads
• Preparing Annual, Monthly and Weekly Sales Plan for the company
• Coordinate with commercial team to submit quotes whenever required
• Support sales team for recovery of receivables
• To expand dealer channel for specific area to growth business volume aspects.
• Market and sell company products to current and potential customers.
• Prepare schedules and action plans to identify the dealers and distributors and the end customers end no of contacts to be made.
• Distributors, Developers, Contractors
• Generate & follow-up leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Identify prospects in the customer segments and contact them.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
• To develop market potential and growth of company as business prospective.
• Identify and resolve all customer complaints.
• Prepare status reports including activity, closings, follow-up.
