Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant to join our team in the commercial refrigeration and cold room manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support cost-effective decision-making to optimize our production and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.

Cost Accounting:

• Track production costs, overheads, and inventory to optimize cost efficiency.
• Analyze variances and provide recommendations for cost-saving strategies.

Inventory and Supply Chain Accounting:

• Manage inventory valuation, monitor stock levels, and track raw materials and finished goods.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure accurate costing and procurement processes.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations.
• Handle audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting requirements

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Develop and monitor budgets, providing insights to support business planning.
• Prepare financial forecasts to guide management decisions.

ERP and Software Proficiency:

• Utilize ERP system - OurSys and accounting software for accurate and efficient financial management.

Problem-Solving:

• Address financial discrepancies and implement solutions to streamline processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or related industries.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ethical integrity.
