Designation-AM/DM:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize accounting software for reviewing and finalizing financial statements to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

2. Conduct regular bank reconciliations and review financial accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.

3. Prepare and generate key financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, using accounting software or spreadsheets.

4. Develop and maintain detailed Revenue Sheets, Bonus Sheets, Cost Revenue Percentage analysis, and Fixed Fee Reports to monitor financial performance and operational efficiency.

5. Provide management with valuable insights on financial trends, cost control measures, and key performance metrics.

6. Prepare Quarterly Referral Bonus Sheets and generate monthly client not billed reports.

Key Skills

Must Have

• Team handling skills

. Knowledge of Advanced Excel.

. Knowledge of Xero and tally will be a plus point

Experience and Qualification

• Qualified ACCA/MBA/M.Com with 4-6 years of experience in similar role.
• Strong accounting skills, effective communication, self-discipline, analytics and research abilities.
• Possess solid working knowledge of MS office and able to learn different softwares/applications.
• Interests in problem solving, logic, troubleshooting is very helpful.
