Job Description
- Team Management of 7-10 Accounts Executives
- Assess skill sets of team members & assign tasks most suited to individual team members
- Assess gaps in accounting process & try to bridge it with optimum utilization of resources
- Coordinate will all departments in the organization & ensure completion of accounts & compliance
- Coordinate with the consultants for Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Direct Tax Compliance, Indirect Tax Compliance, ROC Compliance & such other organizational requirements
- Coordinate with Management, provide them updated MIS Reports & provide required inputs
- Supervise routine accounting tasks such as data entry for purchases, sales, cash transactions, bank transactions, loans, Salary Exps, Other routine expenses, etc
- Ensure monthly finalisation of accounts
- Ensure timely completion of compliance tasks for TDS, GST, ROC, Advance Tax, Statutory Audits, Scrutiny & Assessments, Govt Audits, etc
- Complete quarterly reconciliation of 26 AS, GST TDS, GST ITC, Labour Compliance, TDS liabilities, etc.
- We are currently seeking candidates who are residing in Thane.
