Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage comprehensive accounting operations across our group companies. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical accounting skills with proficiency in accounting and timely making monthly balance sheet for submission to management.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Accounting

• Manage end-to-end accounting for all group companies
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Handle bank reconciliations and treasury operations
• Prepare GST returns and ensure timely compliance
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits
• Maintain fixed assets register and depreciation schedules
• Handle TDS compliance and returns
• Prepare MIS reports for management

System Management

• Maintain and optimize accounting software systems
• Create and maintain Excel models and templates
• Implement automation for routine tasks
• Generate custom reports using Excel and accounting software
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards
• Conversant with GST and Income tax laws
• Experience in fund accounting for PMS/AIF
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
• Proficiency in accounting software

Technical Skills

Expert Level Required In:

• MS Excel (Advanced formulas)
• Tally Prime or equivalent accounting software
• GST filing platforms
• TDS compliance software
• Banking platforms

Domain Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards
• Understanding of financial markets and instruments
• Familiarity with GST and TDS regulations
• Knowledge of corporate compliance requirements
