Polco Creations Pvt. Ltd. is a leading OEM supplier of high-quality protective covers. We seek a versatile Sales support to drive both international and domestic sales, combining elements of sales, R&D, and marketing to expand our market presence and develop new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach: Connect with potential clients via WhatsApp, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Amazon Portal: Manage and optimize our Amazon sales channel.
• Assistance: Assist the senior team member in export sales tasks.
• Sales Development: Generate new clients through strategic outreach (field-based lead generation with office follow-up).
• Follow-ups: Maintain communication with international customers via email.
• Sourcing Support: Develop potential partnerships with sourcing agents to expand our network.
• Factory Visits: Visit the factory also once or twice a week; travel allowance provided.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with social media and online sales platforms.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
