Finance Analyst

Marketplace Management: Oversee and manage the brands presence on major eCommerce marketplaces, ensuring maximum visibility and profitability.
Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to scale revenue on marketplaces, focusing on increasing sales, improving rankings, and expanding market share.
Listing Optimization: Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images, to improve discoverability and conversion rates.
Advertising Campaigns: Plan and manage campaigns on eCommerce platforms, ensuring high ROAS and efficient ad spend.
Inventory & Pricing: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure competitive pricing strategies.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and use insights to inform strategies and improve performance.
Vendor Relationships: Collaborate with marketplace account managers to resolve issues, leverage promotional opportunities, and stay updated on platform policies.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on listings and advertising strategies to optimize performance.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Compliance: Ensure all listings adhere to marketplace policies and brand guidelines.

Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or others.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience managing and scaling D2C brands on eCommerce marketplaces.
Proven Success: Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or others.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketplace tools (e.g., Seller Central) and analytics platforms.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in managing listings, ads, and compliance requirements.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and apply insights to optimize performance.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
Adaptability: Familiarity with dynamic eCommerce environments and the ability to quickly adapt to platform changes.
