Executive, Finance & Accounts

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various finance and accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliation, tax compliance (GST TDS), management information system (MIS), and handling escalation emails. Additionally, the candidate will play a crucial role in preparing financial statements such as Balance Sheet, Profit Loss Account, and Tax Audit Reports.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) functions including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Maintain knowledge of GST and TDS regulations, ensuring compliance in all financial transactions.
• Perform reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Utilize Management Information System (MIS) to generate reports and provide insights for decision-making.
• Monitor and respond to escalation emails promptly, resolving issues and queries effectively.
• Prepare financial statements such as Balance Sheet, Profit Loss Account, and Tax Audit Reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

• 2 - 4 years of Experience.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in finance and accounting roles, with a focus on AP, AR, reconciliation, and tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS regulations and their application in financial transactions.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in preparing financial statements and tax audit reports will be an advantage.
