Senior Motion Graphic Designer

We are looking for Motion Graphic designers for a 6 months contractual role, based out of Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

- Edit base assets into multiple impactful variations by extracting key moments and optimizing content for engagement.

- Stitch together audio elements with visual components, ensuring synchronization and clarity throughout the video.

- Introduce transitions, effects, and enhancements that elevate the overall quality and impact of the promotional asset.

- Work closely with the ACD to understand creative direction and implement changes based on their vision for storytelling.

- Ensure all edited videos meet quality standards before final delivery, conducting thorough reviews of each variation.

- Adapt existing assets into different formats or styles based on performance analysis and feedback from marketing teams.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in motion graphics design or video editing, preferably in a marketing or advertising context.

- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in creating impactful motion graphics and video content.

- Knowledge of performance metrics related to video content, enabling data-driven editing decisions.

- Expertise in motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D) for creating high-quality animations.

- Strong video editing skills, including audio synchronization, transitions, and effects to enhance video impact.

- Meticulous attention to detail in stitching together audio and visual elements for a seamless final product.

- Ability to think creatively about how to present content visually and make it engaging for viewers.

- Strong ability to work collaboratively with the other team members to achieve a unified vision.
