Banca Territory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with team on leads provided to them.
  •Allocate and manage leads for team.
  •To be responsible for individual team members and overall team targets.
  •Responsible for Quality of Business and Persistency.

Required qualifications and experience :

Any Graduate or Post-Graduation with preferably 5 to 7 years of life insurance sales experience.

Knowledge and skills desired :

• Knowledge and experience in life insurance industry.
• At least 2 years at a supervisory level.
