Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • The chief business officer (CBO) is responsible for group salea and team monitoring aligning business strategies with market opportunities, overseeing business development, managing partnerships, and ensuring the integration of various business functions to drive growth and profitability.
  • Drive sales and business development of Sales Management Institute Inc.
  • Drive team and ensure team sales for global franchise program, PMO software, LMS and other software products and team.
  • Drive partnership growth globally
  • Work closely with top management to achieve organizational strategic objectives.
  • Motivate and drive team members to achieve their individusal goals
  • Manage risk and issues proactively

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 12 years of experience
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • Must have at least 10 years of sales and team management experience.
  • Have the passion to make a difference
  • Must have strong social media presence such as Linkedin, Facebook etc.
  • Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of ability to communicate Clearly and concisely, especially with foreign customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on an independent basis.
  • High motivation, honesty, flexibility, carefulness and reliability.
  • Well organized, keeps deadlines
  • Strong presentation skills, good communicator and motivator.

Perks and benefits

  • Fixed Salary: INR 15-16 LPA [Depending on Experience]
  • Sales Incentives: 2%-5% achieving on sales target and as per company's defined sales incentive plan
  • Mobile Allowance: At actual [You will be provided a dedicated International Phone Number]
  • Performance Bonus: Normally, 2-3 bonuses are disbursed per year. Performance bonuses will depend on both quantitative and qualitative assessment criteria.
  • Travel Allowance- At Actual as per company travel policy
  • Pension: 5% company contribution for permanent employees. Run by PF policy
  • Performance Review and Appraisal: Appraisal will be done after six months, depending on the performance.
