Plutus Wealth Management - Analyst/Associate - Investments & Portfolio (3-5 yrs)

- Analyse financial and business performance & benchmark it against peers' performance.

- Prepare/update valuation models for all investee/portfolio companies.

- Regularly research and refresh public comparable and transactions.

- Work closely with portfolio companies to help them get ready for an IPO by tracking KPIs, regulatory requirements, conducting thorough due diligence to assess compliances, verifying financial statements, disclosures, and material agreements for accuracy and completeness.

- Collaborate with various intermediaries including lawyers, investment bankers, advisors for capital market transactions including preferential issues, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions.

- Prepare and deliver presentations in a clear and compelling manner.
