Pluralsight - Data Analyst - Dashboard Design (2-4 yrs)

Job Description :

A Data Analyst in the RSO Insights and Operations team helps craft, implement and measure the impact of various initiatives, and serve as a thought-partner to the GTM and field ops teams (including Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success).

What you'll do :

- Build reports using SQL to extract data and analyze performance against key metrics

- Design, development, testing and deployment of Tableau Dashboards

- Leverage existing datasets and dashboards to perform ad-hoc data analysis

- Recommend and outline new datasets or changes needed in Snowflake datasets for the purpose of doing more complex data analytics

- Recommend business process improvement through data analysis and testing

- Present findings and analysis to department leadership

Experience you'll bring :

- Experience in advanced data analysis using R, Python preferred

- Understanding of data warehouse data modeling and Snowflake schemas

Requirements :

- Requires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience

- Bachelor's degree as a minimum qualification.

- Strong Tableau skills, design, develop, test, and deployment

- Proficient using SQL to query large data sets

- Experience working in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, or similar

Travel Requirements :

While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important.

Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.
