Senior Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Conceptualize and create trendy, innovative, and market-relevant designs for womens wear.
• Trend Research: Stay updated with fashion trends, fabrics, and colors to develop fresh and competitive designs.
• Technical Design: Develop detailed sketches, tech packs, and illustration designs for production teams.
• Fabric & Trim Selection: Source and select fabrics, trims, and embellishments suitable for each design.
• Team Leadership: Guide junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and ensure design consistency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and merchandising teams to align designs with brand strategy.
• Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards in designs, stitching, and overall garment finishing.
• Sustainability & Innovation: Explore sustainable materials and innovative design techniques for better efficiency.
