IT Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
• Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
• Creating user accounts and performing access control
• Upgrade and install new hardware and software and manage network security.
• Work closely with departmental managers to determine the maintenance and growth needs of the network.
• Develop innovative network troubleshooting methods that reduce downtime and lower repair costs.
• Understanding of network architecture and client/server technology
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have relevant knowledge of Ruby on Rails /PostgreSQL /Node JS/Android app developer
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Advance computer skill with relevant knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in information technology management
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Software development abilities required
