Role Description:.
We are seeking an experienced product operations leader to helm a high-impact segment of Plivos global product operations.
This role demands a balance of technical expertise, sharp analytical acumen, and strategic leadership.

Ensure Governance Excellence in Messaging:Oversee teams managing KYC, fraud detection, and compliance within the Messaging Business Unit to safeguard operations..
Implement Smart Solutions:Use no-code tools, generative AI, and basic automation to tackle operational challenges and streamline workflows for day-to-day operations without relying on the product team..
Collaborate Across Functions:Work with key stakeholders to address critical customer needs and market demands.
Be the point person; the buck stops with you..
Lead High-Impact Teams:Manage and mentor a diverse group of 10-12 analysts and operations associates, fostering growth and efficiency..

8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, and analytics..
