- 3D Modeling: Create stylized 3D characters, environments, and props with exaggerated forms and creative details. Work on high-poly and low-poly models while optimizing for performance.
- Texturing and Shading: Develop unique textures and shading for stylized assets using tools like Substance Painter, ZBrush, and Photoshop. Ensure proper UV mapping and unwrapping techniques.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in industry-standard 3D software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, and Cinema 4D. Familiarity with sculpting tools (ZBrush, Mudbox) and texturing software (Substance Suite, Mari).
- Artistic Vision: Translate abstract concepts into visually engaging stylized art while applying color theory, composition, and design principles.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot challenges related to 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering, ensuring assets are optimized for performance without compromising quality.
- Collaboration and Mentorship: Work closely with art directors, animators, and team members to maintain a consistent visual style. Provide mentorship and feedback to junior artists.
- Adaptability and Innovation: Stay up to date with industry trends, incorporating new tools and techniques to enhance production quality.
